Lésignac-Durand, known locally as Lésignac, is a commune in the eastern part of the Charente department known as Charente Limousine. It lies in the canton of Montembœuf, between Montembœuf to the southwest, Chabanais to the northeast, Roumazières to the north and Massignac to the south.
