Lupin III - Lupin Rare original pencil sketch for the production of promotional celluloid (hanken) to promote the animated series Lupin III Part II in advertising campaigns. The pose was reworked for these visuals. Based on the Monkey Punch manga, itself inspired by the work of Maurice Leblanc. Graphite and colored pencil. Marked creases, small paper losses, irregular cutting. Production attributed to TMS (Tokyo Movie Shinsha), late 1970s. Fair condition. Slight traces of use consistent with age and studio handling. 27.5 x 23 cm Certificate of authenticity.
