Rare Hyogoro dōga, recognizable by the prisoner's collar worn during the Udon arc in Wano Kuni. A legendary former yakuza nicknamed "Hyogoro of the Flowers", he plays a major role in Luffy's evolution by teaching him Ryuo, the final form of weapons Haki. A decisive apprenticeship that will gradually lead Luffy to the awakening of his power and, ultimately, to Gear 5 against Kaido.
