Delicate "giardinetti" ring in gold 585 and silver 800 thousandths, with a floral design set with old-cut diamonds and rubies on pearls in a massive closed setting. Late 18th/early 19th century (slight chipping). Gross weight: 5.20 g. TDD: 50. These rococo rings with openwork giardinetti bezels with floral decorations were often adorned with butterflies and other insects dressed with diamonds, precious and colored stones.
