Jules LELEU (1883–1961) Mahogany-veneered bookcase with three sections; the central section opens via two sliding glass panels to reveal an interior with height-adjustable shelves, flanked on either side by two full-height cabinets with solid doors opening onto height-adjustable shelves. Central upper entablature projects forward, and the central base is recessed with a wide, curved foot. Rectangular brass lock plates (scratches, veneer chips, restored hinges, and minor dents).
